I'm gonna start posting here more often now, I quit back in November when I saw the game was lost with all hands. Though, they've made/promised some pretty cool stuff so I'm giving it another chance. This jumping thing is too much though.

As a sidenote though, I can't believe how popular this thread got. Still not done reading responses, but from what I read on the first page... To the person that said I was implying WoW was the first game to have jumping, you're right it probably wasn't. However, a lot lot lot lot of people play WoW (or used to...lol) and so I hope you could see where my generalization for the voice of pro-hippidy hop whiners coming from majority WoW players comes from.

I'm so tired of this debate, they either will add it or they won't, either way get over it already.

This is a silly point to be coming from. The reason these forums are even here is so the developers can have a place to see what our needs and hot topics are, in order to help them decide what needs to be added or taken away from the game. I think SE has learned their lesson from last September and they've really taken a mature step in listening to their playerbase and acting on said information. Debate or gtfo.
