    In all honesty, Bards need a buff

    Seriously, they need to put buffs on so the party can get the TPs or the Manas regen. Its not fair to leave the group unbuffed.

    Just makes life easier when we have them.

    I'm thinking he means that Bards need to buff the party more often with Mage's Ballad/Army's Paean?

    Either that or trying to troll people with the recent hysteria after Yoshi-P's Live Letter announcement that Bards will be getting "changes".
