    Game crashes when I go near certain areas!!!!!

    Hello. For some reason, I cannot go near Nophica's Wells in Thanalan or Humblehearth in The Black Shroud. When I get near the place, an error comes up and it takes me back to the character select screen!!! This is on Melmond server!

    I knew something wasn't right when I was trying to do my rank 30 leves in The Black Shroud. I went to Humblehearth and nobody was there and then the game crashed.

    A:Game server having issue

    B: Your files for that area have a error you best bet is to ask someone in the world to see if they go there if they can then re-download FFXIV sadly FFXIV have not check file at this time.

    Re-downloading ffxiv took me 30-1hour if you open your ports but many people don't feel that a game at this age should make players ope there ports. But for now too they fix the issue with the download opening port is the best way to get the best speed in download.

    It could be a error in the game but most of the time is the game folder.

    Ah, ok. It's working now. Seems I had a few corrupted files in there. We could really use a file check option.

    Uh... I still can't go to Humblehearth to do my rank 30 leves.... The game still crashes... But I can go to Nophica...

    Maybe your issue fits better @ Technical Support forum since it seems not to be a general issue and you've managed to solve half the problem by yourself.
