I have a job where I can periodically check the website for updates, a lot of my friends do not have this luxury. Example " /l I assume you guys all saw the HUGE post yesterday on lodestone?" reply "Huh? what are you talking about" and then i have to post the link every damn time......

Lodestone should be accessible via the game, make a news stand free for all to see updates and maintenance information at any city. Also post system announcements at log in. You will reach a far greater number of people with your information, and get better results in terms of reaction from the community.
