Organization XIV FC Recruitment

OXIV is a rank 5 FC looking to recruit casual to hardcore FFXIVers. We currently only have a few members who are very active and friendly. We are looking for day/night active loyal members, all classes, jobs, and levels welcome. We plan to start forming our first static coil party as soon as we can recruit enough. We are a very friendly and fun FC. Very laid back and willing to go out of the way to help others. Our main focus points are:

-Friendly, polite, and a sense of humor
-Low levels to help grow, and high levels to down CoB.
-Active,Loyal, members.
-Casual,Hardcore, and No life FFXIVers.

You guys should come merge with us since we seem to be the same type of FC! Besides....I am noticing all to often most people are already in FC's.

Yes that is one of the main problems I am running into. A lot of people are in FCs with RL friends so it's hard to recruit . My goal is to bring all these smaller FCS into oxiv. Like me, people would not like to give up their tag. Lol. Our LS has a wide variety 30 members or so either endgame or leveling alts. I'd be more than happy to send you and your buddies invites to both the fc and Ls. Even if we aren't in the same fc doesn't mean we can't run close groups
