[dev1082] Chocobo are the best choice for mounts! Ideas posted here!

I am so excited about the chocobo! My ideas are as follows:

First idea, if possible there should be a rechargeable "boost" that accelerates giant yellow chickens at a geometrical/exponential rate. We should be able to catch air when we hit a hill at high speed. I don't want to be artificially stuck to the ground. It’s not realistic.

Customizable color (the more colors to choose from the better)

Ability to equip them with gear (if nothing else just for appearance)

Certain chocobo should be able to fly freely throughout the world (perhaps via a quest entitled "A chocobo gets its wings" or "Learn to fly")

I would like to see the terrestrial chocobo all transport at the same relative base speed (no one wants a slow chocobo). The aerial chocobo should be a faster means of transport. Both should possess the above boost function if possible.

I used to love racing my friends from nation to nation on chocobo. The rentals were all the same speed. To win the race required skill. It was fun. I would really like the "boost" function. Most of all I would really like a flying chocobo!

different type of chocobos? Colors, stats on chocobo, geared chocobos (Armored type), chocobo mule carrying items. etc etc. I would love some armored chocobo.

I like to have chocobo's of course as mount's but would like to see other feature's as well not just used as transportation but as an companion.
1. Add an area or settlement for chocobo's with like a grand chocobo as an leader. Where you can raise, train, custiomize your chocobo ie color, equipment etc to you're heart's content. Have fame, advancement rank for chocobo's with cutscene with your chocobo. More could be added in the future.
2. Be able to summon them not with an item that could take a valuable item space but an simple command text or whatever.
3. Have them were you can summon them in battle were after extensive training can transform your current weapon,armor depending on which you've train giving a hp/mp and stats boost to your weapon or gear.
4. Have another feature where they go gather item's or store gear item's from your adventures.

I'm pretty open to different view's on this just like to see something more to chocobo's then just as a mount used to get around places...

If we were restricted to chocobo mounts only i would like it if there were many areas of customization. Raising your chocobo (it follows you around and watches you. you feed it and it levels up. etc), different colors, special looking armor, flying/gliding(even if they don't add flying in the sky, horizontal/parallel to the ground flying/hovering would look cool).

Moving forward, i think many people would enjoy more than just choco-mounts only though. Just no horses please. They are so boring (even if they are on fire!).
