Balance adjustment means fixing the xp curve to compensate :P
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
Lol of course, however, I wont feel as if the amount of sp will undercut me when I hit a certain " Sp Milestone" I will call it.
and I won't have to see this sentence again...

Pretty much this, plus the yellow numbers. I dunno i just hated fighting mobs knowing that im getting 10% less sp. That means I'm wasting away 10% of my playtime. lol
I think surplus is broken anyways i stop playing for 3-4days come back and i hit 16-18 and hit surplus matter what you do you alway hit surplus when you reach a class 18. So i don't know if it a level you alway hit surplus or a amount lol but getting surplus alway at 18 even if you play other class or stop for a while is lame.

I think it is after every 90k Sp you get.
Of course. So those of us who don't push jobs deep into surplus get penalised because those who do thought they could get something for free. They're the same ones who will have SE get rid of gathering fatigue and then force me to spend 10 hours gathering what now takes 2 due to balancing adjustments.
Things like surplus were designed with good intentions but SE didn't factor in that most people would rather spend more time levelling with a higher SP curve than deal with surplus. I'm pleased most of my useful crafts and DoLs will be 40+ by then because it will hurt those classes more than battle classes.

I should've done these early on in game because crafting has become such a chore when it comes to what you have to make to get the most amount of SP. lol
