[HELP] One Time Password Invalid

So I try to login into game right now, but everytime I put the one time password it always give me notice that the password is invalid. (already 3 times locked)

I don't know why, It happen to me right now, never had this problem before.
I use android for security token apps.

Sadly I didn't write the emergency password removal before.

That's the reason why I stay away from it. Anyroad, contact the SE customer support, they will unlock it.

This happened to me once and the reason was that out of nowhere the android app got out sync with SE servers. There's an option on the app configuration to synchronize it again. It worked for me so you should give it a try.

Just make sure you have all of your information when you call. Date of birth, credit card number that you signed up with, CD keys, cats name, the color of your house, what you ate for breakfast on Feb 30th 2014, etc.

If you don't, you can end up accused of trying to steal your own account, and then you're never getting it back.

Yeah, like I could remember all of that.
I already paid for 3 months, if the account can't come back to me... I'll just give up playing ARR.
