Relic Weapons and Gear

Ok so i have read a bit so have heard about relic weapons, farming tombstones and Darklight gear.
Thing is i am still learning this game (first MMO) and have no idea were or how to get these.
I see some threads stating that certain areas or fights you need relic weapons and darklight gear but i am totally lost. Currently main class is Level 32 Paladin and main story i started the Sylphs or something like that.
Any advise or help would greatly be appreciated

First finish leveling to 50. You cant touch any of that content till then

1. Hit 50
2. Farm WP for Tomes of Philosophy
3. Gear at least half in DL or until WP is so easy that it can be done while your sleeping.
5. Decide if you want to chase Mythology Tomes
5. You will get your Relic Quests sometime after 50 and do them as you can
#5 will require at least 3 weeks in AK Mythology Tomes for Oil for your Relic

Uhm no, the oil is Philosophy tomes. Relic +1 is the one requiring 3 mysts that takes 3 weeks of Mythology tomes.

Well put my PLD aside as i want to work up Armourer and weaver jobs.
Also i heard talk of Titan HM and such is that content for after the main story is over?

You'll fight all the primals again after the main story is over yes. And then Crystal tower (not released yet, please look forward to it) and Binding Coil of Bahamut.

Hey Maero, welcome to the game! MMOs are not a race. Do things that interest you. Titan Hard Mode is part of the relic quest post level 50. If you want to see the fight, you can go to youtube. There's a few guides out there.
