    Dressed to Deceive - Knerl not talking

    Was going through the story line when I got to this quest to talk to people and convince them to give me work. Only Knerl wont talk to me or anyone else. We are all wearing the proper garments and the quest orb is lit, but talking to him doesn't do anything. Are the bunch of us missing something or is this a bug?
