WAR looking for Salt free new raider friendly raid group

I tried out for one static but although we cleared the first 2 savage Omega raids as per plan, they politely told me I did not meet their expectations for performance which is ok and it's their right to set the bar for expectations.

However this leaves me looking for a new static. Given we were able to clear I'm sure there must be another static out there which might be a little more forgiving to a new raiders speed of learning fights.

Please post here if you have information which could help me find one.

-Edit- if it helps, I found out why I was declined, I came across as too nervous since it was my first time, and it made some people uncomfortable, I actually performed ok with mechanics and performance it seems.

Hey there! I lead a currently 7/8 midcore static- we run Tuesday and Wednesdays from 6-8:30 pacific time, with an occasional Saturday if we all feel like it. We have cleared O1s 3 weeks now, and we have multiple times come to 5%, 3%, so so close on O2s. We are no salt, super laid back, joking while we raid type of group. Definitely more forgiving than the group you encountered. We want to clear all the content, but we definitely don't clear a fight at light speed or anything. I expect it will take us several raid nights to learn the mechanics and clear V3s when we get there starting next week.
