[Bug] Snail Fail Levequest Not Able to be Completed

Steps:
- Have 3 Ignus Snails in your inventory
- Pick up the Levequest "Snail Fail" from the Levemete in St Coinach's Find
- Walk over to Clifton (the turn-in NPC)
- Click on Clifton with your mouse
- Nothing happens.

Details:

I can't complete the Snail Fail Fishing Leve in Mor Dhona. I have the quest item (Ignus Snail x3) in my inventory. The NPC I'm supposed to give the items to (Clifton) is there. He has a green check mark over his head, but when I click on him, he does not respond.

His head doesn't always turn to follow me (which most NPCs do), but sometimes it does. I have tried restarting my game, and it isn't working. :-\
