Inviting new member when you are in a party and someone leaves

    Hi!

This is kinda ridiculous that you can't invite a new party member if someone leaves your group for a reason or another when you're in the middle of a dungeon. I mean, if you use the Duty Finder to find your partners, it will find another one as soon as possible. However, if you were doing a free company run and someone leaves, why is there no possibily to invite someone else to fill the rank?

Was it simply a bug or is there no other solution than start up from the begining with a new party member?

You can in dungeons. Just not in Trials. I was peeved too first time it happened after finally getting the hang of Garuda's mechanics.

No you can't as far as I know, because you can't even open the social/linkshell/freecompany windows. Haven't been in that situation in a while, but before the latest patch/fix when we were doing an AK run our tank had to go for wife aggro and even though we had people online we couldn't do anything about it.

You can't if the entire party was pre-made before entering. If you have even 1 DF person it will let you find someone, otherwise you are SOL.

Hopefully they change it cause it has screwed us over a few times.

The cure Ive found for this at low level dungeons is if a Tank/Healer leaves. I'll tell the group I'll take up that spot - Drop group - Requeue Dungeon in Progress - And in most cases the DF will automatically find the DPS replacement for me in a few moments. There's been a couple times Ive ended up in groups that weren't my original but 95% of the time I do end up back in my old group with a new class.

Where the issue with the DF finding people when a full premade loses one player is a full premade does not have to follow the 2/1/1 DPS/tank/healer ratio and it may never be able to ill the group as it does not know how to.

I do agree that there should be a way to invite someone from FC or LS or Friends List to finish out the run, but I see why the DF does not fill it for you (it would be nice if it could if you have a normal setup, which most groups will).
