    World Transfer Services

    I attempted to World Transfer away from Ridill since its a JP server that is very inactive before the server transfer. So i submit the transfer and every time i would direct me to a maintenance page.
    I get in-contact with Support because shortly after i get a email saying my account was under suspicious activity. I don't log in from anywhere else and the person I was talking to was unable to help with this solution, so i proceed to ask him about the world transfer since I unable to transfer. Again he was no help with anything i asked him. What is SE even paying these people for if they're no help at all. I pay for this game (180 Sub) 1.0 player as well. Its not like this is a free 2 play game, I wouldn't be so upset then if it was free and then to pay for the world transfer.
