Cannot login after character transfer

So I was told to send in a help ticket via: http://support.na.square-enix.com/main.php?id=5382&la=1

This was the first thing I did and they told me to come here and post about it. Why am I getting the run around? To respond to the mod who said something in the last thread I made. I made sure I left my FC before hand so if I am still being listed in an FC, that is a bug because I tried to transfer without doing that first and it stopped me for that reason. While I appreciate the advice, telling me I need to do things in game when I cannot login is probably not the best idea because if that's all I need to do, you best be sure I would've done just that.
