Free Companies are being stolen.

Apparently not just me but 2 other Free Companies not just mine have been stolen by RMT's or a random person on the NA server Ultros. My character the Master of the FC "Merecle Moonwalker" was hacked and then my Free Company "Wolves of War" was given leadership to someone else. This was 4 days ago and the random in the FC is no longer playing. Any ideas how to get the FC back or if SE will intervene and help if not I am open to suggestions.

I'd submit a ticket or call, not going to get any support here unfortunately.

Tell the leaders to get an authenticator. That's the only sure fire way they can keep their account safe. In fact, tell everyone to get one. They're free if you have an iOS/Android smartphone.

How do you submit a ticket kinda new to this also I sent my complaint to the SE support while in game they said they have no way of returning leadership of my FC to me and yes i recently got the authentication app.

You need to read what permissions everyone is getting... People just hate reading and do what ever they want :P

There's really sick and corrupted Mutha******s doing crazy s**t in this game. Very unfortunate and to think ARR was well designed and thought out. Appears to have great potential but you can't take things at face value. FFXI started out slow but it was kinda secure. I think 1.0 was more secure than 2.0 and eventually it got better.

What's with all the problem now? We see all these threads of glitches, rmt and other complaints. It this really a better game?
