Low FPS rate, AoE delay(maybe?), and casting time skill messed up

Ever since I started playing this game I'm having really low FPS and I really can't figure out why. Trust me when I say that every option on my "Graphic settings" is either turned off or set on the lowest.
I'm forced to play in "borderless window" mode because in full screen the fps drop at 8/10. Even with all these precautions my FPS never go past 20.
Plus when I see the boss casting AoEs or when I see them on the ground it's already too late for me to move out, even if I see videos on youtube of people reacting to AoE MUCH LATER than me and getting out safely(ex. Titan's landslide or plumes: if I'm inside when he cast them, no matter if I run out -without Sprint- I am sure I will get the damage, the only way I can avoid them if I'm already in is activating Sprint). Plus when I am still and I start moving sideway it usually take at least half a second before my char actually moves.
Furthermore when with my BLM I am at 3 stack of Umbral Ice and I cast Fire III the casting time bar is always messed up for the next 2 fire skills... like if the casting bar tries to apply the "faster cast" of first fire skill even to the second and the third while the actual animation is acting normally...

My puter is similar, I have 6 gb RAM, besides using a game booster I am not sure there is much that can be done. The odd thing is I also have an older desktop (5 years old) with lower speks and I am getting similar readings.

It's a problem with the servers themselves. You're not the only one having this problem, quite a few of us have been getting this problem since the Halloween event update.

I've been having the same problem with a similar setup to yours. Oddly enough, I had GREAT fps in beta 3, then in beta 4 and onwards it plummeted. Tried updating every driver, all that jazz but I'm stuck playing on the lowest settings with a good computer.

So you tell me that basically I will have no chance of making Titan HM in my whole life? Or am I bound to memorize perfectly all the phase5 rotation in order to avoid the plumes by keep walking around? Is it possible I can't do anything to get the situation a bit better? Y.Y

Memorising Titan's "rotation" is never a bad thing, however you should be getting better fps on that rig, mine is much worse than yours and ive capped my fps at 30 and i can normally get 30 everywhere except in cities\towns and fates.

I use a utility called tune up utilities by AVG (it has a free trial) and it makes suggestions for my
PC to keep it running smoothly, perhaps it would be worth a try for you.

The only other thing i could suggest is to try an anti-malware scan? Maybe youve tried this already

But downloading an anti-virus (i use ms secuity essentials) and running spybot S&D and Ad-aware tend to keep my pc fairly clean!
