Script Error....Again

So I have had this issue ever sense I got the game, I can still log into the game fine but whenever I get a pop up I cannot read it and have to cancel out. It is frustrating but I am not freaking out about it, I would just like to be able to read the articles. I try to read one of the articles by clicking on the links at the launcher and I get this....



So I went to Internet Explorer and changed my active scripts from enabled, to disabled and to temporary or w.e. the 3rd option it is. Still did nothing.

So next I ran it as admin...nothing.

So I turned off my virus/malware and firewall...nothing.

I am kind of out of ideas. Any help would be nice.

No, how can I do that while going through IE?
