Main Storyline lvl.27 Bug

Frequency: Every time.
World name: Balmung
Character name: Chisaki Hama
NPC name: Medrod
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Rank 24 Miner
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: ??
Area and coordinates: Floating Cork
Steps:
1. Accept quest as rank 28 Archanist to go get lentils and chestnuts for Medrod.
2. Switch to Miner rank 24
3. Go buy lentils and chestnuts from a vendor stall in Gridania.
3. Green checkmark above Medrod indicating I can complete quest.
3. Provide lentils and chestnuts to Medrod.
4. Medrod accepts.
5. It says I need to be rank 27 to complete the quest. I don't get any reward.
6. Switch to Archanist Rank 28.
7. Talk to Medrod. He says he doesn't want to talk.

Cannot complete the quest. There is a green checkmark above his head but I don't get any quest complete box when I talk to him.

Every time I talk to him, he says "I don't care how much of my favorite dish you give me... Nothing in Hydeleon is worse than what I saw!".

The quest finished box never appears when I talk to him and he has a green checkbox over his head.
