It doesn't make mathematical sense for a DoT rotation to do less damage than or similar damage to a non-DoT rotation, especially in a controlled environment against a target that cannot die.

As much as it pains me to do it, I've sworn off parsers until there's an in-app option or an (admittedly against TOS) memory-reading parser. The only thing you can reliably measure on parsers in terms of DoTs is how many rather than how much, but that won't tell you anything useful.
