Could be your card is overheating or getting undervolted, or for some strange reason it is still running up against the Intel on-board graphics. Could be a glitch in the driver for that matter. You are on different driver releases (hers is older, according to dxdiag report). Looking at the dates, she might be somewhere around the late 307.xx series, think that is what my laptop was on (don't have it atm to check it). Could try verifying the version of the package on her system and download it from somewhere like guru3d, do a full driver clean of your current drivers, and install that older one.
