Yea you're telling me. This issue has been going on with people losing their progress for the past couple months. It sucks, but it's better than waiting a few more months with the possibility of no solution at all.

Mine, Fish, Botany, Craft, Explore, level new classes, finish hunting logs, finish GC logs, finish DoL logs, do side quests, achievements, levequests, spiritbond gear, try to find new places to reach that you aren't supposed to be able to reach and take screenshots or afk there, help others with content, FATE's, try to beat turn 5 of coil (I know it's a dungeon...)

This pretty much. This game has so much to do besides raiding it's crazy, and the options are going to expand quite substantially with the 2.1 update as well!

If you farm your mats and make the items there is profit...even if you just sell it to an NPC Also people buy gear to spiritbond so there is room for profit there. But say there wasn't, regardless of that I still listed multiple things to do..so..?

Like the OP says, 90% of those things are a supposed "waste of time"...

Personally I like seeing people burnt out on their 'strict raiding scheduled runs' until they quit the game, while I go do some RL stuff waiting for some Uni friends to get back into the game this Christmas.

But hey, if people like treating this game as an analytic number cruncher, then by all means they should do so. And for the Non-crafters... guess what, I don't have to deal with your shit in AK/Castrum/Pretorium if I craft my own stuff. Value is not measured by money sometimes.
