really need some help

I tried to log on last night and got this suspicious activity on account message which is strange because I haven't been on in a week or so. so it asked me to change my password(2nd time this has happened) so i changed it. Then i finally get on and now cannot find na/eu server and error 2002. Now its saying I need to use the registration code that came with the game but I did that during EA/release and getting system error -2147309046. So I gave up and tried it this morning. Loads up fine got the update after 2 trys and was playing. Then got kicked after a short while and now its asking for the registration code that came with the game again. Need help please.
