    Please Help!! Launcher is black!

    I've been playing this game since the pre-launch and haven't had any issues like this except for the random error code 9000. I was playing all day yesterday not issues and finally started to run coil . So I come home today and try to log on but the launcher is completely black when it loads up. All I that I can see is what is says on the top bar "Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn launcher 2013.10.11.0000.0001". I have a brand new Asus G750J which can handle the game no problem. CAN SOME PLEASE HELP!!

    Something is locking the launcher from accessing internet.
    Check firewall, antivirus or anything similar.
