Chat-glitched since SEPTEMBER 09

[Another-Game-Issue]

I'm happy to see that after every patch, this has not been fixed. This glitch affects ONLY this character and I've verified by creating another on the same account and server. What works: /party(in dungeons), /say, /shout, /yell
What doesn't work: ... the important chat functions. /tell, /fc, /l, /party(on the server)
I had already bought an extended subscription. SE has their money. So, here I am... twiddling my d*mn thumbs as I get closer to two f***ing months without an ETA on when this'll be addressed.

This is working as intended, no one can see your chat as you are on their blacklist (perhaps spamming for GS, or some other reason).

If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further try to discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
