Linkshells Bugging out

Our linkshell on Lindblum server called Matriarch is currently having issues. When logging in, some members do not see the shell anymore even tho they are in it. Some members log in just fine but randomly are unable to talk in the shell, switch to another shell and back to Matriarch, or are removed from the shell. Sometimes relogging fixes it, most of the time not. Any help?
