Exodus Linkshell to group some smaller guilds - For raiding and social

You have a guild and like the people in it but they just aren't to the point of raiding yet!
Started your own guild and it is taking off slower then expected?!
Or just want another form of being linked with people in game?

Join us in our new linkshell - Godiva - We are a group of small guilds coming together to help each other out. There is no plan on any guild carrying the smaller guilds in progression. This is going to be a friendly place to group and get stuff done.

Want to join! Find me in game - Apolo Azrael. I play most weekdays after 5pm Eastern - around midnight. I play weekends too if I am not doing stuff with the family.

Update - We are now at 8 guilds and quite a few other random people. At this time, if your guild is represented in the linkshell, all level 45+ characters are welcome to join.
If you are coming in solo, you must be level 50. We are starting to do scheduled Linkshell raids next week. We are going to start slow and go with Garuda and Titan HM. There will be gear checks on this. For Garuda, you must have a few pieces of Darklight gear and the rest must be mostly AK gear.
For Titan, I am going to require at least half of your gear being iLVL70+ and the other half being iLVL 60. (so an average of iLVL65)

How is it? Friendly? Is it well organized with multiple guilds? The linkshell cap is at 128. Is it an officer only thing or just anyone can join?

Really friendly and casual, we invite people from all over who are dungeon/raid oriented regardless of FC or rank. Basically you just ask if anyone wants to run a particular area and people will answer. We also do alot of talking about off topic stuff too. We had a pretty long discussion about Dark Souls and other MMOs we've played yesterday. One of my captains runs it and she tries her best to remove vulgar and inactive members but we're still pretty full.
If you were looking for a more organized, strictly FC linkshell or if there's alot of you they you may want to create your own and you can toss me an invite
If you're looking to have alot of FCs participate then you may want to limit it to GMs and 2 representatives. Just a suggestion.

We were going to do something like 3-5 FCs that are low pop. Something like smaller guilds with 20-40 members
If we get to the point where we only invite a certain level, then that would be okay too. I wouldn't mind joining your linkshell just to have it as another option, i would like to keep building mine though and see if it can grow. I already have 4 guilds total who are interested. Maybe we can talk a little more in game and make the one I created more FC high end with the GMs+2 option and we can join yours. (Would be at least 5 people lvl 40+)

Just wanted to say that I am currently the leader of Deception <TeamD>, we are a smaller bunch about 15-20 with a solid core of around 10 who are consistently online. We had just talked about this amongst ourselves and would love to talk more in game about joining up. You sound exactly like what we are looking for. Shoot me a tell in game if ya catch me and we will talk more hopefully. We also have a 25 man TS3 server which people would be more than welcome to use. FYI my in game character name is Vega Strife.

Just for an update to anyone who wants to know. I already have about 5 or 6 (can't exactly remember right now) guilds interested in this. I am going to leave it open to all smaller guilds with about 20-40 members but what I may need to do is only allow level 50 characters to join.
I would like everyone to be able to be included, however, this is geared more towards end game raiding then anything. It can still be used for lower levels if needed. People would just have to ask their level 50 guild mates to ask for them.

Also, each guild will be allowed three total Leaders of the linkshell so they can do invites. Just let me know who you want as a leader.
