Hey. Going to keep it simple:

Case: Bugged NPC, can't turn in tradeleves
Where: Saint Coinach's Find (X:30, Y:12)
How to check: Take one of tradeleves (for example "Red letter day"), and try talking to NPC, nothing happens, cant complete quest.

Tried restarting, abandoning and taking new quest (my allowance ). Didnt work.
