Cannot login after character transfer

I have been unable to login to my account since I attempted to transfer my character from Diablos to Faerie. I was told to post here about this. I would like this fixed asap since I was told I would NOT be compensated any time for this bug on your end. Thank you.

Time: October 17th
Frequency: Constantly
World name: Diablos
Character name: Hybridwarhawk Stark
Class/Level: 50 Arcanist

having the same exact problem myself, I did make my own post with my own information reguarding the problem. Just figured I would let you and others know they are not alone. So bump to this post in hopes of getting the problem known to SE.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your character transfers. We apologize for the confusion, but there is nothing that can be done on the forum. You must submit a support center ticket to get this resolved. You can do that by going Here.

Also hybridwarhawk, you are in a free company and have an active retainer. Before you transfer your character you must meet all the requirements. You can view the stipulations Here. For now I am going to close this thread, but if you still need assistance then feel free to create a new thread outlining the steps you have taken so far.
