Get disconnected from the server while playing the game and at times while logging in

considering that this is a University connection I'm using, as Grit said above and there's a limit to what I can do about the things given in the Knowledge base article.

IDK if SE can do anything about this, but I'm trying to figure out how could they help you if you can't meet the requirements to play the game due to your connection and don't have the rights to change things...
To be honest, I think that things won't change for you... Good luck anyway, sometimes the clouds wear off and you can see the sun
