Every Little Thing She Does is Magitek unable to complete

I was in the middle of doing the main quest called "Every Little Thing She Does is Magitek" and I was to pilot the magitek armor to the crystal mound. I accidentally dismounted off the magitek armor before reaching to the crystal mound and unable to complete the quest. There are directions saying that if I dismount off the magitek armor, I need to talk to an npc named Wedge. I am unable to head inside the place to talk to him because there is another npc outside the door that is suppose to let me in, but he is not letting me in. Each time I head to the destination of the crystal mound there a message saying "I have lost maggie", I have to be mounted on the magetik armor to continue. This is on the map of Mor Dona and at the Revenant's Toll. I have checked inside all the buildings on this map and many other locations outside the map and can not find Wedge. I also can not abandon this quest because it is a main quest. There has been many incidents and post on many other forums about this in game bug and to this point, this in game bug has not been fixed. This bug should of been fixed a long time ago. I just made a monthly payment about 4 days ago and at this moment, unable to progress to the main story line. I do not like being robbed of my money because of the days that passed while still being stuck during the in game bug and still not been fix. I already submitted a ticket and no response regarding this in game bug. If anyone has any information about this please reply on this forums, any ideas, thoughts and advise will be useful. If any players do not believe me then, during this main quest of "Every Little Thing She Does is Magitek" dismount off your magitek armor before you have to pilot it to the crystal mound. That way should can also write a ticket addressing this in game bug.

I hope I will get a reply soon addressing this in game bug and to quickly resolve this, so that other players will not get affected. If there is a support team that can automatically go to this quest and do the steps I did. Then that would be great.

Check back, just outside of town. On the map there is a little "V" cut-out in the cliff (where you viewed the previous cutscene) , Wedge will probably be standing there.

Thanks I just checked again and now they do appear on that cliff. That was the first place I went to when I dismounted. I think it was fixed because I just received an email today about it.
