I've never understood this notion people keep bringing up that others jumping repeatedly ruins their immersion. In what way does it? Is it because it's unrealistic that someone stands in 1 spot jumping constantly? Or is it that it's just annoying to you? In any case a character's actions should reflect the player controlling them; by this logic we could say that someone who constantly jumps should be considered annoying, have a short attention span, and should simply be ignored. Someone who hits the space bar constantly either has a very low attention span or is bored. Alternatively, perhaps a roleplayer is preparing for the day by doing their morning jumping exercises? God knows how those people think.
I like the animations in this game (animation lock notwithstanding), but that jump animation needed a lot of work. Obviously, we should still get jump. But I'm sure preparing myself to complain when it's not up to scratch. lol.
