People should stop assuming the people working on jump would also be the same people working on UI etc. FFXIV isn't run by one man.

again, Jumping is not the top features which make a good MMO, but it's one of them

There's no dedicated "Jump feature" team. The team that's responsible for mechanics are clearly working on more important things.
