holy cow! just try another great MMOs in the world except FINAL FANTASY XI and you'll find the answer
It's not just about jumping up or down from the cliff

Peach Parfait/Khulan Angura on Gilgamesh
There's no dedicated "Jump feature" team. The team that's responsible for mechanics are clearly working on more important things.

You are acting like you want them to install jump feature before anything else.
Like it or not, Jump is a luxury feature, not a necessity.
Top MMORPG are NOT successful because they have jumps. They are successful for MANY other reasons, and I can sure as hell bet that if they didn't have jump they would still be successful.
MMORPG needs stories, so that's what contents are.
MMORPG needs a stable battle systems, that's why they are putting more priority on working on the battle system and the classes.
Again, I can tell you that jump will not make or break any game at all.

anything else already listed on their working chart, why I have to ask for them?
