It might be silly but their answer is important

if they can't make a decision about this, I'll see the future of this game

while another big name MMOs coming out this year with a lot of features and contents if SE still bother themselves, thinking about they should add jumping or not and need half a year to decide... this game not gonna go anywhere else

What they have now is the same mechanic as jump without the jumping animation. So ghetto fix? Not really.
