[dev1008] Petition to have Jumping implement

I came to this conclusion in Alpha when everyone kept moaning with their black or white arguments. Most people seemed to be ok with an automated kind of jump. It's basically a middle ground that most people can agree on.

Technicalities aside, i would prefer this kind of system. Also, no one wants to watch ladder cutscenes. Add climb with this.

I can get on board with this. Its reasonable and would fix any complaints aside from people that just want to jump around non-stop.
