from the 10th letter, it's look like they are not going to implement Jumping/falling system because they thought it's a lower prioritys

It is a lower priority. It's worthless and useless for this game, now you even have Yoshida feeling as such. Face it, Jumping has zero use in this game especially with the collision changes they're conducting.
