[dev1008] Petition to have Jumping implement

I personally want jump because I don't like the look of walking up/down a cliff. Why do we need jump? We don't really need anything but adding to this game in the state it is in will only improve it. What this game needs is to add things that players want.

Just because you don't want it doesn't mean they shouldn't add it, and I hate to break it to you but I am pretty sure one of the reasons this game flopped so hard is because of the pure lack of basic game elements. I am sure SE will also be thinking about the players that aren't posting on these forums, the one's playing other MMOs, and thinking about how to pull them in. Jumping may not make or break the deal for them, but it might just help.

I find it funny the arguments against jumping are "I don't like bunny hopping" and "it will add nothing". "I don't like bunny hopping" - That term is so overused on these forums at this point, I find it so silly that someone jumping can annoy someone so much. I often think about what else annoys a player that finds something so silly to be aggravating. Do they get annoyed when people walk around? Do they find it annoying when a player casts a spell and an flashy animation pops up? Do they find it annoying when people jump in the real world? lol. "It will add nothing" - That is purely opinion, the players that want it obviously think it will add something. I just don't see how adding something will add nothing to the game. How does that even make sense?

The only waste of time is coming onto the forums to freak out about jumping and asking the developers not to implement it when it is already planned.
