Point allocation for Bard

So while in beta 4, I didn't know much about bard and was to lazy to do any research about builds for stat allocation. I did not dump every point into my DEX stat and put a few into VIT. I believe I dumped 3 points into other stats.

My question is do i need to spend the 10K in seals to redo my points into DEX or should I be ok for end game content?

If you're not very good at dodging AoE and don't want to obtain high VIT gears for titan, you can put 15 or 30 points into VIT for higher surviveability.

After you're done with titan(and start getting level 90 gears), change it to 30 DEX for coil.
