I dont mind such a change and do feel it is appropriate, Bard DPS is not maximized by sheer number it's maximized by the sheer mobility. Mobility is what exponentially increases your DPS potential even if you do low base damage, with less hindering you from dpsing you have more up time and well I think you get the idea. With that being said, rightfully trust that SE will give us a cooldown and add interruptions to those moves (bloodletter and Misrery's End) to significantly decrease up time. However prepare yourself for the worst, which in your case and I admit even mine would be the horrifying event of lowering the direct potency altogether. I don't think any class that does dps wants to be purposefully weak and at a disadvantage, it sets the stage for unneeded player discrimination, bias, and stereotype.

I do have a feeling the incoming nerf won't be at all about cast time or i d k what... coz if it iwas, i would want to then see my skills hit for 600+ as the ones from BLM do and that in aoe.
It should only concerne the crossclass skills, and this still makes me worried. Even if i could completly live without BfB and could understand why they want to not make us able to have access to it, the cross class skill i would miss the most is Invigorate.
I do use Invigorate on CD most of the time, be it for aoe fights or even single target fight. This move would force us to use our TP song and no others during most of the fights, and then force us to inflict ourselves a -20% dmg debuff constantly just to not run out of TP within 30 sec, and this would really not be a move i would apreciate.
So Plz, if anyone from the SE is reading this, consider to give us some possibilities other than invigorate to temper our TP lust, in the case you guys were about to not give us access anymore to lancer skills.
