Except that if a THF has Flee that doesn't drain TP then they could potentially have access to any high damage ability and with the enhanced speed they would have a much easier time getting into position for that ability assuming there is a positional requirement.

Casters can use sprint and move, but unless you are talking about a BLM with a firestarter/thundercloud proc saved then none of them have access to a high damage ability on the move. Bio 2 and Scathe aren't big damage. The only other abilities are DoTs which are not high damage since they have damage over time.

So if Flee didn't use TP it would be amazing for THF and make it stand out since any other classes.. especially a melee one.. may not have enough TP to do any attacks for a few seconds right after using sprint.
