Balence Issue: Sprint should not take TP

You really wouldn't be using sprint while dealing damage its to get out of stuff quickly. Like Ifrit charges for example, or plumes on the ground.

I wont be using spint in any encounter in general, if you need sprint to avoid plumes, you either need to respond quicker or you need to improve your awareness. I am not playing casters, but the idea sprint cost no TP sounds really awful, especially when it comes to PvP.
