So according to your HP guide and rules you don't party with PLDs.... cause no PLD will ever have 8k HP, and even with AF+1 chest, Relic+1 Sword/Shield, and DL all around I only cap at 5.6 HP. Yet I can still PuG AK in 20-25min without putting strain on the healer.

I understand your frustration with under-geared tanks and agree that there needs to be an iLvL requirement for DF, but SE has already stated that it is coming in 2.1 so your "guide" will be moot in about a month.

8k hp for titan? I can't even get that with garuda axe, af2 head/chest, dl bootpants, gauntlets, dl tank accessories, defiance + rolling as a sea wolf Roe and vit stacking AND pt buff I'd still have to use food...
Oh and ps: I was tanking Ton King in af1 and white accessories as a war *and* I forced dds to kill all adds with no regards given to the rancor buff, never wiped with that strat before unless a dd actively tried to not kill adds so they would get on me :P (kite strat sucks, stop it)

Also sitting on all the gear I stated in my first sentence above and I never farmed CM or Prae once for tomes... who would've known going from TWP gear to AK gear to DL gear was the way the game was meant to be played!? xD

Bad players require huge gear advantage to compensate for their lack of brains. AK is perfectly doable with AF1 and you don't need anything from WP for it.

45 minutes for wp? How bad are the people you're playing with if most of them have a fair amount of dl and it still takes 45 minutes? Most df groups Ive been in clear it in about 25-30 minutes.

LOL yeah, i did 18min with two Garuda Bow's on a pug (usually it takes 10min with WHM/BLM/BLM on a pre-made). This guy is bad, so he blames the tank's gear.

With Relic, Valor Crown Surcoat Boots, DL gloves belt neck earrings ring, hoplite pants and ring, 30 points in VIT and I'm at 5800 HP unbuffed ungrouped. Like I said, he's either a troll or a complete retard.

Therefore the HP Requirements for TANKS in Duty Finder groups is as follows:
CM & Praetorium: Full AF1 Gear
Wanderers Palace: 4.6k HP
Amdapor Keep: 5.2k HP (6K if you plan to tome farm quicker than WP)
Ifrit: Meh who cares
Garuda: 5.5k HP
Titan: You dont pug Titan, maybe 8K HP

There are so many things wrong with your OP but let me just point out some problems, firstly, you have no clue how much HP PLD and WAR have and at what gear level, or else, you would not have listed Titan as a blanket 8K HP requirement, you also have very little experience with progression healing or else you would not have listed Ifrit as "meh who cares" while you have an issue with CM and Prae without starting gear.

I don't mean to bash on you all day but I had to point out that if yer going to tell someone what to do, first of all, DON'T, but if you must, know your stuff.

There is no point in singling out tanks, I have seen my fair share of healers and dps who suck and show up in DF anyways, but that is what it is. Anyways, they are planning to add in average gear requirement in the game which will resolve most of the issues people have in this thread.
