Though I can't say for sure if this is actually a "bug" exactly, or if it is intended:
When a enemy NPC completes his casting for an AOE attack, it seems that there is no time between the completion of the attack and the calculation of the damage. I move immediately out of enemy telegraphs, only to get hit by them when I'm not even in them. I'm assuming this has to do with my 200~300ms, which, I can do nothing about as I'm from Australia; this sort of thing has never been an issue for me in previous MMOs though. Should the damage not be consistent with the animation of the attack, rather than static to the telegraph?
Bear in mind that this isn't a complaint, but rather a legitimate enquiry. I will deal with it as best I can either way.
