PS 3 version - log out , exit game -issue

Hi , I play on ps3 and like it.
Recently I noticed ,that whatever I do when trying to exit game it freezes. I mean 1) log out then exit game - freezes 2) exit game - freezes 3) when I push PS button select QUIT game what happens is that PS3 beeps twice that means it was shut down incorrectly and restarts.
This was happening for the past few days , and I hope it is going to be fixed any soon, because I afraid ,there might be much more seriuos issues ,if file system would be broken after multiple continuous errors .

Happens on PC too, to me at least
They have messed something with the last patch.
