Missing items bug

I've been getting a lot of client crashes since this last update. On 10/20, I was crafting on ALC at Mor Dhona and had a crash. Then switched to ARC for WP and crashed again. 4 runs later, I got the item bound notice for my ALC head, hands, and legs piece. When I checked it was wearing those on my ARC in WP. My DL of aiming for those slots were missing from my inventory as well. Checked all my jobs/classes and sure enough I was missing my DL eye patch of striking and Armor AF hands.

Today, I'm missing my LTW AF hands. I haven't gotten any crashes today, but I do recall having one in coil on monday. That may have caused it. I submitted a ticket on the 10/20 but SE has yet or probably never get back to me to correct this issue. So just letting people know to check their gears if they get random crashes.
