I finally had to upgrade my chest to DL... goodbye cruel world! I shall one day return from my iron prison of solitude! Do not forget me as a rot in this abomination SE thinks is a good idea! Do not forget me!!!

I've been debating whether to get my relic +1 or AF2 body because I can't stand the DL body can any longer. I know relic +1 is by far the better decision gameplay wise, but still . . . 3 more weeks in the trash can will be unbearable.

It depends really. Do you need the added threat gen? Prior to tanking for an 8 man with dps who have relic +1 you probably won't need it. That and vanity is everything ;p

Right? I like the look of DL over all. Removing the helm would satisfy 100% of my complaint.

I also love how, in this type of armor, my character looks directly at the ground in front of them while fighting. Facetank ftw.

I thought about wearing it but my body says hell no. I don't want to look like Robocop...
I'm saving up for AF+1 body/head, got Hoplite head and body for now. Legs/Feet & Hands I went DL & got Hero's Ring of Fending + DL Ring to cover VIT for the body/head for now.

I have to say we dragoons have it just as bad with DL sets. Its like "hey congrats you got to 50, heres some really cool armour! You look like a dragon! Kinda. But oh your going to have to get rid off in three more instances and replace It with medieval armour or youll get your butt kicked."
