Reporting RMT dosent seem to work.

I have around 100 RMT on my blacklist and so far its only been like 5% that's been deleted. Whats going on SE..
Why do you want us to report and do all this hard work, when nothing is done about it.
I have RMT on my list, there have been there since release, and they are still there.
I don't see any point in reporting anymore, since nothing is done about it.

Should conisder the possibility that they are banned. Just because they get banned, it doesn't necessarily mean the character is deleted. Would be to much ofan annoyance to go thru and delete every character off an account when it gets banned, plus it locks upthe character name. And on top of that, some of the characters could be stolen so they wouldnt delete them. You wouldnt want your account stolen, used for rmt, banned, fight to get it back and comeback to all your characters deleted

Actually they have already stated they suspend or ban hundreds of reported accounts a day. In other words, they will still show up in your list, even if they have been locked out, because SE hasn't deleted the account yet. They appear to be doing suspend first, then investigate, then mass delete at a later date if it was a pure RMT, or restoring the account if it was a hijacked account.

So please keep reporting them. SE has definitely been taking care of them. Some of those may simply be suspended, and some may have been legitimate players who got hacked, then got their account restored, and so aren't spamming anymore.

I clear out my list every monday (reset day right?), of everyone I put on the week before, and I have only been hit by a repeat offender once.

Most spammers are stolen accounts. The owners of those accounts will eventually get them back. RMT spammers aren't out buying new copies of the game to spam with, that's too expensive. Instead, they steal accounts, strip their gold, and spam with the characters on it (or create new characters to spam with on other servers).

Deleting the characters on the accounts wouldn't really hurt the spammers, they get suspended eventually anyways, and will just start using another stolen account. It would only hurt the players who have had their accounts stolen.

I clear out my blacklist weekly and get no new RMT spam from characters I hadn't blacklisted before. It works, they just don't delete the characters unless they're not just someone's hacked account.
