    Possible new fix to removing Tome Cap IDEA !!!!

    Remove the Myth Tome cap from the game and then take out Myth Tomes from the places that you can grind ie AK and WP and the Primals.

    Basically turning them into Raid marks that you only get from Coil and soon CTower as well

    PERFECT IDEA !!!!

    Coil already has its own cap -- you can get at most 6 drops from it per week (8 if you count Turn 5). This means that the typical player will get 0-1 Coil drops per week.

    The current system is fine; it's designed to give you a little stat boost over time if you are not very good, or for filling in missing Coil slots if you're better.

    I am presuming that your point is that the myth tome cap is unpopular precisely because it puts a cap on the rate of your progression (where progression is defined as getting more gear).

    Since Coil already has a similar cap that even resets weekly, linking them to Coil wouldn't change anything.
