...it's awfully quiet on the Lodestone. Would be nice to get another update on the Grand Companies website, at least.

I'm expecting a decent amount of info next week or at least the next Producer Letter.
If they aren't to busy I would love them to add a tiny bs tidbit.
Probably better to not do that, lest they rouse more people saying "WTF is with this Lodestone fluff? Give me my combat update nao!"
If anything they should make some update notes referring to the dev tracker posts about the materia and job system info.
We seem to be getting dev comment on guildleve improvements today.
Most cool stuff happens here, not on the lodestone anyway.
Awfully quiet, except for the developers letter, and the information on the battle system and materia (that came out yesterday).
Would be kinda neat to know what the quest hubs are going to be about, though..
(and I mean, are they just the same non-CS-small-reward-and-a-bit-of-lore quests we have no, or some more driven content related to companies or whatever)
I think a big part of the silence is E3.
That disappoints me because XI's presence at E3 has generally been little more than a side booth with hired Mithras and the usual six-man event fights. They don't generally seem to try to hype the game or highlight it, and I doubt XIV will change that.
Did SE confirm that they would showcase FFXIV at E3 at all?
Just so you know, I like the dev tracker updates, but they tend to not be as informative. There are definitely exceptions though, like the Materia info we just got.
